Container port of Liverpool
Pegasus Warehousing & Fulfilment Ltd helped a large importer of home textiles to collect containers from the port in Liverpool and we delivered them to a low-cost secure storage facility closer to the warehouse.
This resulted in a significant reduction in cost as demurrage charges at the port are expensive. We managed the full process with their freight forwarding company, with tracking of each container, delivery and unloading of the goods and then the safe return of the container back to port.
